Bathroom Décor: Get the Rachel look

There ain’t no glow-up like a Ripples glow-up - just ask Rachel…

We recently had the pleasure of working with singer, presenter and style icon Rachel Stevens (yes, that Rachel Stevens!) to design her dream bathroom – and to say we’re obsessed would be an understatement. We may have been there for the bathroom, but we definitely left with a few notes on her candle and skincare game too.

THE scents

We were especially taken by the Diptyque Tubéreuse candle - its rich, floral scent instantly elevates the space with notes of white florals and soft spice, creating a sense of calm the moment you step inside. Another lovely touch we spotted was a St. Eval reed diffuser – the kind of subtle addition that makes a space feel calm, cared for and beautifully put together. Known for their natural fragrances and understated design, St. Eval diffusers offer a gentle, long-lasting scent that softly lingers without overpowering the room.

**THE body care**

Rachel’s choice of body care was equally on point. The *Neom Super Shower Power Body Polish* is a sensorial treat, combining exfoliation with energising essential oils to leave skin feeling smooth and refreshed. Sitting alongside it was the *Neom* *Real Luxury Shower Cream*, which blends lavender, jasmine and Brazilian rosewood to bring a sense of calm with every shower. Together, they turn even the quickest morning routine into a moment of indulgence, a reminder that luxury lives in the little things.

THE greenery

Of course, no beautifully styled bathroom is complete without a few statement pieces of greenery. For a similar look, we love the sculptural Dalita ceramic vase from Velure Maison, a soft yet striking piece that adds instant elegance to the space. Paired with a sprig of fresh eucalyptus, it brings a sense of calm and subtle movement to the room. Nestled nearby, the trailing String of Pearls from Beards & Daisies adds a touch of greenery and softness, perfectly balancing the sleek surfaces and warm tones. These natural, tactile details help turn the space from simply stylish to soul-soothing.

THE finishing touches

One of the finishing touches in Rachel’s bathroom that truly stood out was the Ribbed Glass Dome Pendant Light. Crafted in Britain with a hand-cast shade featuring over 180 delicately ribbed glass panels, it casts a soft, warm glow that feels at once vintage and modern. The luxurious texture and rich finish, available in antique bronze or brushed brass, make it a sculptural focal point even when unlit

Equally captivating is the Calacatta Viola porcelain bathroom tile, chosen for its dramatic veining and luminous surface reminiscent of Renaissance marble. Its sweeping streaks of burgundy, brown and soft gold transform walls or floors into artful expressions of classical elegance, elevating the space with a refined yet dynamic character.

Together, the rippled light fitting and the tapestry-like elegance of Calacatta Viola create a bathroom that’s atmospheric, beautifully textured, and wholly immersive, where every moment feels like stepping into a gallery-worthy retreat.
