1. The consultation
We begin by getting to know you, your space and what you’d like to achieve. In store, online or over the phone, we’ll explore your ideas and discuss how your bathroom could look, feel and work for you.

2. The home visit
Once we’ve agreed the key details, we’ll arrange a home visit to measure your bathroom and understand the space. From natural light to your water system, we consider the practical details that will shape your design.

3. The design process
Your designer will develop a layout and bring together products, materials and finishes tailored to your brief. Working with our technical team and, where needed, your installer, we’ll make sure every element works beautifully together.

4. The design presentation
Back in the showroom, we’ll reveal your proposed bathroom through scaled plans, moodboards, material samples and a 3D drawing. Alongside a detailed quotation, we’ll talk you through the thinking behind the design and refine the details with you.
