  • Any plans, measurements, or inspiration images are helpful, but not essential. We’re here to guide you.

  • Usually, we start with a showroom consultation. If you wish to proceed with a full proposal, we’ll then visit your home to take precise measurements and better understand the space.

  • While we don’t install bathrooms ourselves, we work closely with trusted installers and can recommend local professionals.

  • Yes, we offer nationwide delivery across the UK and will coordinate with you or your installer directly.

  • Not currently.

  • Yes, we can incorporate mobility-conscious design elements that are both functional and stylish.

  • Yes, you can view samples of tiles, brassware finishes, furniture materials and more in the showroom, helping you make confident choices.

  • As much or as little as you like! We’ll ask questions to understand your needs and preferences, but we’re here to guide you, even if you’re unsure where to start.

  • Yes, we provide full installation packs, including product specifications and technical drawings, to make the process smooth for your installer.

  • Please contact your showroom as soon as possible - we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement.
